This 45-minute beginner program is developed to help you rejuvenate and release stress. The first section will take you through a warm up and the basic balancing breathing technique of nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). In the 2nd section the routine will challenge you, build strength and flexibility in the core, legs, arms as well as open the hips and shoulders, giving yoga a total body workout. The final relaxation (Savasana) allows the body time to synchronize and fully recuperate, allowing you to drift into bliss.

Kim also loves music, and the produced the music that accompanies this workout. The CD "Yogalicious" is available to purchase separately.
